Christmas 2007

Christmas 2007 This was probably the very first year we were able to see MOST of our extended family! First, Gammy & Poppy flew all of us out to Colorado Springs to spend the weekend with the newlyweds. The Pierce boys tried skiing for the first time. AJ is still a little young yet, but he loved going fast (when Mommy or Poppy would run with him... let me tell you, it was tiring, but hearing him giggle was worth it!). And Harrison was a real pro! He was able to take a lesson, and afterward, Uncle Ryan took him on the chairlift and skiied with him down the big hill. He loved it! AJ missed his big brother's run; he needed to catch up on some zzz's in the lodge. It was bitter cold, but the boys were troopers! And back in Ohio, we were able to visit with Aunts and Uncles, cousins and second cousins, grandparents and great-grandparents... it was so nice to see so many family members. On the Pierce side, family came in from California, New Jersey and Michigan... it was a full house! The boys had a great Christmas full of family and friends and plenty of fun toys. And thanks to Great Grandma Parke, the boys have new instruments to start their very own band... (thanks, Grandma!) We'll keep you posted on their tour schedule! Here's to a great 2008...
